Terms of Service By booking a tour package with Divine Balaji Travels, you agree to the following:

1. Our services: We provide private A/C vehicle transport from Chennai to Tirupati, driver-guide assistance, meals as specified, and help arranging temple darshan. We are an independent operator and not affiliated with TTD or any government body.

2. Darshan tickets: All darshan tickets are issued by TTD and are subject to TTD's availability, timings, and rules. We cannot guarantee darshan access, timing, or ticket type, as these are controlled solely by TTD.

3. Pricing: Package prices are as listed and cover the inclusions stated. Additional temples, rooms/hotels, and extra services are charged separately.

4. Booking: Packages should be reserved in advance as stated on our site.

5. Cancellation & Refund policy:

    • Transport/service charges: cancellations made 7 days before travel are eligible

       for a 100% refund.

    • Darshan ticket costs paid to TTD are non-refundable once booked, as per TTD rules.

6. Dress code & conduct: Temple dress code applies (Male: dhoti/kurta/pyjama; Female: saree/half-saree/chudidar with dupatta).

7. Liability: We are not responsible for delays, closures, or changes caused by TTD, weather, traffic, or circumstances beyond our control.
